David, Way to go!! You are thinking!! Thank you so very much for doing this for your team. However, could you encourage your team members to make some valuable contribution to the team blog as well? They could use this blog to share some of what they've done (each of you)or at least their plans and stuff that may be helpful to other team members or the link to the stuff here as well? Keep working.
